Shipping policy

The delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched. The total time is made up of two stages: order preparation and delivery by the courier.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next available working day.

SHIPPING COST: 6.95 EUR, free on orders over 60 EUR. Suitcases: 9.95 EUR, free on orders over 120 EUR.

Your order will be delivered to your home address by GLS within 5 to 7 working days from dispatch. Delivery is only available to a home address.

You will receive an email from GLS confirming the delivery date. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the courier will arrange a new date with you.

Orders placed before 14:30 on working days leave our warehouse the same day. During busy periods (Black Friday, sales, public holidays), delivery times may be longer.
