Shipping policy

The delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched. The total time is made up of two stages: order preparation and delivery by the courier.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next available working day.

SHIPPING COST: 6.95 EUR, free on orders over 60 EUR. Suitcases: 9.95 EUR, free on orders over 120 EUR.

Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days from dispatch, either to your home address by GLS or to the Mondial Relay pickup point of your choice. Orders containing suitcases can only be delivered to a home address.

You will receive an email from the carrier confirming the delivery date. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the courier will arrange a new date with you.

During busy periods (Black Friday, sales, public holidays), delivery times may be longer.
